Shipping policies

​

  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post or Couriers . A tracking number will be sent to your email address.

  • Unfortunately delays from the shipping carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, the carrier reserves the right to leave in a safe place if there is a place out of sight. 

  • EmbroideryPalette is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and are not received by you (this is also not covered under insurance).

  • Most personalised orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days - please check individual product page descriptions for estimated time of dispatch, provided the item you have ordered is in stock.

  • If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout.  

  • Incorrect address or returned parcels - If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.

 
Refund policy

  • There is no exchange and no refund policy on personalised item unless there is a mistake on my end and then of course a refund will be issued! 

  • Please contact me if you have any problem with your order

 
Cancellation policy
  • Order cancellation allowed within 24 hrs of purchesing items but transaction fees will be charged
